Ok, let's start:

01) open your tube (figure with an outstretched arm)

Image / Resize: height: 390 - 410 px

Adjust / Sharpness / Unsharp Mask:
0.4 / 333 / 4

Edit / Copy

File / New / 600 x 440 px / transparent

Edit / Paste as new layer

position left or right side

02) activate your freehand selection tool

and select the arm as shown below:

Selections / Promote Selection to Layer

rename this layer: arm 01

activate layer under it again: Raster 1

Edit / Cut

deselect

rename this layer: Tube

03) activate top layer again: arm 01

Layers / Duplicate

rename this layer: arm 02

Image / Free Rotate:
left / free: 15

position as shown below:

04) Layers / Duplicate

rename this layer: arm 03

Image / Free Rotate:
left / free: 15

position as shown below:

activate layer: tube

Layers / Arrange / Bring to top

05) open tube: stars.pspimage

select star of your choice

Edit / Copy

Edit / Paste as new layer

position to your liking

rename this layer: star

06) activate bottom layer

flood fill with: white

Effects / Plugins / I.C.Net Software / Filter Unlimited 2.0:
Render / Clouds (white/blue)
settings to your liking

rename this layer: background

activate top layer again: star

07) open tube: clouds.pspimage

Image / Resize: 80% (twice)

Image / Mirror

Edit / Copy

Edit / Paste as new layer

position to your liking

rename this layer: clouds

set the opacity of this layer to: 90

08) Layers / New Raster Layer

flood fill with colour of your choice

open: maskMOFAV.jpg

minimize it

Layers / New Mask Layer / From Image:

Layers / Merge / Merge Group

close minimized mask again

rename this layer: mask

Effects / Texture Effects / Texture:
mask: Corel_15_029

Adjust / Sharpness / Sharpen more

Effects / 3D Effects / Inner Bevel:
colour: to your liking

Effects / 3D Effects / Drop Shadow:
0 / 0 / 100 / 10 / colour of your mask

09) activate bottom layer / background layer

activate your preset shape tool:
rounded rectangle

shut your BGC!!!

draw a rectangle as shown below:

Layers / Convert to Raster Layer

activate your magic wand tool

select your frame of the rectangle

Effects / 3D Effects / Texture:
same settings

Adjust / Sharpness / Sharpen More

Effects / 3D Effects / Inner Bevel:
same settings

deselect

rename this layer: frame

10) activate your magic wand tool again

select inside the frame

Selections / Modify / Expand by: 2

Layers / New Raster Layer

open your picture

Edit / Copy

back to your selection

Edit / Paste into selection

Layers / Arrange / Move Down

rename this layer: window 01

keep selected

11) Layers / Duplicate (three times)

hide the duplicated layers

activate layer: window 01

Effects / I.C.NET Software / <Sandflower Specials °V° > / Design Blinds:

(change settings to your liking)

12) activate layer over it: Copy of window 01

unhide this layer

rename this layer to: window 02

Effects / I.C.NET Software / <Sandflower Specials °V° > / Design Blinds:
same settings / change: Opening to: 10
