flood fill with your light FGC

Layers / Load/Save Mask / Load Mask from disk:

Layers / Merge / Merge Group

Effects / 3D Effects / Drop Shadow:
1 / 1 / 100 / 10 / black

position it as shown below:

rename this layer: mask

03) open tube: MMDesignz_Si 239219.pspimage

Image / Mirror

Image / Resize: 50 %

Adjust / Sharpness / Sharpen

Edit / Copy

Edit / Paste as new layer

position as shown below:

activate layer under it

Adjust / Blur / Gaussian Blur: Radius 20

activate layer over it again
