and your BGC to: dark colour (#00899e)

flood fill your picture with dark colour

Selections / Select all

Edit / Copy
close it again
back to your picture

Edit / Paste into selection

Deselect

set blend mode to: Luminance (Legacy)

Layers / Duplicate

Image / Flip

Image / Mirror

set opacity of this layer to: 50

Layers / Merge / Merge down

rename this layer: BG

close it again
back to your picture

Edit / Paste as new layer

position right side

activate your magic wand tool
