set your FGC to: light colour (#ffffff)
and your BGC to: dark colour (#952f5a)

flood fill your picture with light FGC

02) Layers / New Raster Layer

flood fill with dark BGC

Adjust / Add/Remove Noise / Add Noise:

open tube: valentin1_sigrid.pspimage

minimise it, back to your picture

Layers / New Mask Layer / From Image:

Layers / Merge / Merge Group

Effects / Plugins / FM Tile Tools / Blend Emboss:
default settings

close minimised tube

03) open tube: ii_heartsscatter.pspimage

Image / Resize: 50%

Adjust / Sharpness / Sharpen

Edit / Copy
close tube again
back to your picture

Edit / Paste / Paste as new layer

position as shown below:
