set your FGC to: light colour (#dbdbd9)
and your BGC to: dark colour (#484e64)

flood fill your picture with dark BGC

open tube: MMDesignz_Si 239.pspimage

Image / Resize: 60%

Adjust / Sharpness / Sharpen

Adjust / Hue and Saturation / Colorize:
dark BGC:

Edit / Copy
close tube again; we don't need it anymore
back to your picture

Edit / Paste / Paste as new layer

write your text

don't forget your watermark

10) activate layer: Constellation

unhide it again

Edit / Copy Merged

open your Animation Shop

Edit / Paste / As new animation

back to PSP

11) Edit / Undo Constellation

Effects / Plugins / Alien Skin Xenofex 2 / Constellation:
hit once on: Random heed

Edit / Copy Merged

back to your Animation Shop

Edit / Paste / After Current Frame

12) back to PSP

repeat last step 11
