Ok, let's start:

01) File / New / 700 x 550 px / transparent

set your FGC to: #e3ca85 (light colour)
and your BGC to: #875427 (dark colour)

flood fill your image with your light FGC

02) Selections / Select all

open file: Goud bg.jpg

Edit / Copy
close it again; we don't need it anymore
back to your selection

Edit / Paste / Paste into selection

open your materials palette / foreground:

close it again, back to your selection

Deselect

Adjust / Hue and Saturation / Colorize:

Effects / Plugins / FM Tile Tools / Blend Emboss:

03) open tube: Devilsinside_352_2009.pspimage

Edit / Copy
close it again; we don't need it anymore
back to your picture

Edit / Paste / Paste as new layer

position it as shown below:

set blend mode of this layer to: soft light (or to your liking)

Effects / Plugins / FM Tile Tools / Blend Emboss:
same settings

Layers / Merge / Merge Visible

04) open tube: 1881-luzcristina.pspimage

Image / Mirror

Edit / Copy
close it again; we don't need it anymore
back to your picture

Edit / Paste / Paste as new layer

position it as shown below:

same settings

set blend mode to: Soft Light

Layers / Merge / Merge Visible

05) open tube: MMDesignz_Si191209.pspimage

Image / Resize: 50%

Adjust / Sharpness / Sharpen

Edit / Copy
close it again; we don't need it anymore
back to your picture

Edit / Paste / Paste as new layer

position it as shown below:

Layers / Merge / Merge Visible

06) Layers / Duplicate

Layers / New Raster Layer

Selections / Select all

flood fill with this gradient:

Selections / Modify / Contract to: 5 px

Edit / Cut (delete key)

keep selected

07) Selections / Invert

Effects / Plugins / Graphics Plus / Cross Shadow:

Effects / 3D Effects / Inner Bevel:

Deselect

08) Layers / Duplicate

activate layer under it (first frame layer)

Layers / Merge / Merge Down

09) Image / Resize: 80% (all layers NOT checked)

Adjust / Sharpness / Sharpen

Image / Rotate / Free Rotate:

position it as shown below:

10) activate bottom layer (background)

Effects / Plugins / VM Experimental / Needles and Pins:

11) activate layer over it (resized layer)

open tube: 1881-luzcristina.pspimage

Edit / Copy
close it again; we don't need it anymore

Edit / Paste / Paste as new layer

position it as shown below:

Layers / Duplicate

Image / Mirror

Image / Flip

Layers / Merge / Merge Down

Layers / Arrange / Move Down

12) activate layer over it (resized layer)

open tube: MMDesignz_113179.pspimage

Image / Resize: 70%

Adjust / Sharpness / Sharpen

Edit / Copy
close it again; we don't need it anymore

Edit / Paste / Paste as new layer

position it as shown below:

hit twice into: "More Yellow" window

Effects / 3D Effects / Drop Shadow:

13) activate your text tool

swap your FGC with your BGC

Font: Linda - Sun / vector / stroke width: 0 / size: 48

write your text

Layers / Convert to Raster Layer

Effects / 3D Effects / Drop Shadow:

position it to your liking

14) add your watermark and name now

activate layer: Raster 1 (flower)

Effects / Plugins / Alien Skin Xenofex 2 / Constellation:

Edit / Copy Merged

open your Animation Shop

Edit / Paste / As new Animation

15) back to PSP

Edit / Undo Constellation

Effects / Plugins / Alien Skin Xenofex 2 / Constellation:
hit once on: Random Seed

Edit / Copy Merged

back to your Animation Shop

Edit / Paste / After Current Frame

16) repeat last step 15

File / Save as *.gif
