03) open tube of your choice

Image / Resize: hight: 500 px

Adjust / Sharpness / Sharpen

Edit / Copy
close tube again; we don't need it anymore
back to your background

Edit / Paste / Paste as new layer

Layers / Duplicate

activate layer under it

Adjust / Blur / Gaussian blu : Radius 15

Layers / Merge / Merge all (Flatten)

04) add your watermark and name

File / Export / JPEG Optimierung
