Ok, let's start:
01) File / New / 700 x 600 px / transparent
set your FGC to: #e7e8ed
and your BGC to: #6c70a0
flood fill your image with your dark BGC

02) Layers / New Raster Layer
flood fill this layer with your light FGC
Layers / Load/Save
Mask / Load Mask from disk:

go to your layers
palette and activate the layer: Mask - Raster 2

activate your magic
wand tool:

click once into the
circle:

Layers / Merge / Merge Group
keep selected

03) Layers / New Raster Layer
open the tube: scrap.pspimage
Edit / Copy
don't close it
back to your selection
Edit / Paste / Paste into selection
Selections / Modify / Contract to: 10 px
Edit / Cut
Effects / 3D Effects /
Drop Shadow:

Selections / Invert
Effects / Plugins / FM Tile Tools / Blend Emboss
keep selected

04) Layers / New Raster Layer
Selections / Invert
Selections / Modify / Expand to: 5 px
open the tube: JC_HLincoln-Christmas 2.png
Edit / Copy
close the tube again; we don't need it anymore
back to your selection
Edit / Paste / Paste into selection
change the blend mode of this layer to: Luminance
Effects / Plugins / FM Tile Tools / Blend Emboss
Deselect
Layers / Arrange / Move Down
activate the top layer again: Raster 2

05) back to your minimized tube: scrap.pspimage
activate layer: Raster 02
Edit / Copy
don't close it
back to your picture
Edit / Paste / Paste as new layer
place it as shown
below:

make the three upper layers invisible
activate layer: Group - Raster 2

06) back to your minimized tube: scrap.pspimage
activate layer: Raster 03
Edit / Copy
don't close it
back to your picture
Edit / Paste / Paste as new layer
place it as shown
below:

Layers / Duplicate
Image / Mirror
Image / Flip
Layers / Merge / Merge Down

07) make the layer over it visible again: Raster 3
activate your eraser tool
activate layer: Raster 5
erase the
through-resplendent branches away:
Layers / Merge / Merge Visible
make all layers visible again
activate the top layer again: Raster 4

08) activate the tube: scrap.pspimage
activate the layer: Raster 04
Edit / Copy
don't close it
back to your picture
Edit / Paste / Paste as new layer
place it as shown below:

Drop Shadow:

Layers / Merge / Merge Down

09) open the tube: tube63LK.png
Edit / Copy
close the tube again; we don't need it anymore

10) activate the tube: scrap.pspimage
activate the layer: Raster 05

11) activate your text tool
write your text: Snow Bunny
place it to your linking
Effects / 3D Effects /
Drop Shadow:

add your watermark and name
make the layer: Raster
2 and the bottom layer invisible

Layers / Merge / Merge Visible
make both layers visible again

12) activate the layer: Raster 2 (circle frame)
activate your magic wand tool
click into the centre of the circle
Effects / Plugins / VDL Adrenaline / Snowflakes:

Deselect

13) Edit / Copy Merged
open your Animation Shop (A/S)
Edit / Paste / As new animation
back to your PSP
Edit / Undo Select None
Edit / Undo Snowflakes

14) Effects / Plugins
/ VDL Adrenaline / Snowflakes:
same settings
change Random Seed to: 10
Deselect

15) Edit / Copy Merged
back to your A/S
Edit / Paste / After Current Frame
back to your PSP
Edit / Undo Select None
Edit / Undo Snowflakes

16) Effects / Plugins
/ VDL Adrenaline / Snowflakes:
same settings
change Random Seed to: 20
Deselect

17) Edit / Copy Merged
back to your A/S
Edit / Paste / After Current Frame
File / Save as.... *.gif
I resized my animation to: width: 525 px
