change your FGC to: #c7deb4

and your BGC to: #01a8b2

flood fill your picture with this gradient:

02) Layers / New Raster Layer

Selections / Select all

Edit / Copy
minimized it for now
back to your selection

Edit / Paste / Paste into selection

Deselect

Effects / Distortion Effects / Wind:

and once again

change the blend mode of this layer to: Luminance (Legacy)

and the opacity to: 70
