Window / Duplicate (Shift+D)

close the original; back to your copy

Adjust / Sharpness / Sharpen (twice)

02) open the tube: Ai_limiti_dellimmenso.pspimage

Image / Resize: 106%

Edit / Copy
close the tube again; we don't need it anymore
back to your picture

Edit / Paste as new layer

position it as shown below:

Effects / Plugins / FM Tile Tools / Blend Emboss:

Layers / Duplicate

activate layer under it: Raster 1

Image / Flip

Adjust / Blur / Gaussian Blur: Radius 12

Layers / Merge / Merge Visible

03) open the tube: by_stirner_carmen.pspimage

close the tube again; we don't need it anymore

Edit / Paste as new layer

position it as shown below:
