01) File / New / 630 x 550 px / transparent

flood fill with this gradient:

Adjust / Add/Remove Noise / Add Noise:

Effects / Plugins / VM Toolbox / Rotatile:

02) open the tube: paesaggiomarino12.pspimage

Edit / Copy
close the tube again; we don't need it anymore
back to your picture

Edit / Paste / Paste as new layer

set the opacity of this layer to: 59

Layers / Merge / Merge Visible

Image / Resize: 80% (all layers NOT checked)

03) Layers / New Raster Layer

flood fill with the same gradient:

Effects / Plugins / Graphics Plus / Cross Shadow:

Adjust / Add/Remove Noise / Add Noise:

Effects / Plugins / Sybia / Zigzagge:

Layers / Arrange / Send to bottom

04) activate top layer again

Selections / Select all

Selections / Float

Selections / Defloat

Effects / 3D Effects / Outer Bevel:

Deselect

05) open the tube: kTs_Yuz15 copie.pspimage

Edit / Copy
close the tube again; we don't need it anymore
back to your picture

Edit / Paste / Paste as new layer

position it as shown below:

Adjust / Sharpness / Sharpen

activate layer over it: Frame 2

09) back to your PSP

activate the tube again: next Frame 3

copy frame 5 & 6

activate last copy and paste as new layer

Edit / Resize: width: 450 px

Animation / Frame Properties: Display time: 65
