tutorial tested by:

01) File / New / 650 x 550 px / transparent

set your FGC to pattern: Silver 671
and your BGC to: Black

flood fill with your BGC

Adjust / Add/Remove Noise / Add Noise:

02) Layers / New Raster Layer

activate your preset shape tool: Preset Shape / Rounded rectangle

draw a rectangle as shown below:

Layers / Convert to Raster Layer

Effects / Geometric Effects / Perspective - Horizontal:

psition it as shown below:

03) activate your magic wand tool

select the black rectangle

Layers / New Raster Layer

open tube: TCH-Tuto-Logo-DG.pspimage

set your FGC to pattern:

flood fill with the pattern

Deselect

Layers / Merge / Down

close the minimized pattern tube

04) open tube: passion_ornamento3.pspimage

Edit / Copy
close tube again
back to your picture

Edit / Paste as new Layer

position it as shown below:

Effects / 3D Effects / Drop Shadow:

05) Layers / Duplicate (twice)

position them as shoen below:

Layers / Merge / Down (twice)

06) open tube: TCH-Dolce-Gabbana-02.pspimage

activate bottom layer

Edit / Paste as new layer

position it as shown below:

select the red border with your magic wand tool

Layers / New Raster Layer

flood fill with silver pattern

Deselect

13) activate your text tool:

font: GingerPeachy / size: 36 / vector / stroke width: 0.5

swap your FGC with your BGC:

write your text

Effects / 3D Effects / Drop Shadow:

add your watermark and name

Layers / Merge / Merge Visible

14) activate your magic wand tool: tolerance: 50

select all silver areas

Window / Duplicate (twice)

minimize the two copies

back to first image

15) Adjust / Add/Remove Noise / Add Noise:

Deselect

Edit / Copy

close this image

open your Animation Shop

Edit / Paste / As new Animation

16) back to PSP

activate one of your copies

Adjust / Add/Remove Noise / Add Noise:

Effects / Plugins / Alien Skin Xenofex 2.0 / Constellation:
hit once on: Random Seed

Deselect

Edit / Copy

back to A/S

Edit / Paste / After Current Frame

17) back to PSP

activate one of your copies
