Important:
save the file: sg_jewelled-edge.PspMask in your PSP folder: Masks
open your PSP / open the file: MMDEFINEDALLGIRL.PspBrush
File / Export / Custom Brush
save it as: MMDEFINEDALLGIRL

close the file

tutorial tested by:

01) File / New / 640 x 480 px / transparent

set your FGC to: #8da8ed
and your BGC to: #ffffff

flood fill your picture with your FGC: #8da8ed

02) open the tube: bruid_sluier.pspimage

Edit / Copy
close the tube again; we don't need it anymore
back to your picture 

 Edit / Paste / Paste as new layer

Effects / Plugins / FM Tile Tools / Blend Emboss:

(I changed the blend mode of this layer to: Luminance (Legacy)

03) open the tube: white_jonquille.pspimage

apply the brush in the lower left corner as shown below:
