Adjust / Blur / Radial Blur:

Image / Flip

Edge / Effects / Enhance

rename this layer: Constellation

Layers / Arrange / Move Down

activate top layer

set blend mode of this layer to: screen
and opacity to: 80

03) open tube: Autumn7_CibiBijoux.pspimage

Layers / Load/Save Mask / Load Mask from disk:

Layers / Merge / Merge group

Edit / Copy
close it again; we don't need it anymore
back to your picture

Edit / Paste / Paste as new layer

position it to the right side

minimise the two copies

open Animation Shop

11) activate one of your copies
