01) File / New / 600 x 450 px / transparent
set your FGC to: #411f37
and your BGC to:
goldbeads (0/100)
flood fill it with your FGC
Effects / Plugins / Graphics Plus / Cross
Shadow:
default settings
02) open tube: VENETI+.pspimage
Image / Resize: 80%
Adjust / Sharpness / Sharpen
Edit / Copy
close it again; we don't need it anymore
back to your picture
Edit / Paste / Paste as new layer
position it as shown below:
03) open tube: carnaval_PapyJack.pspimage
Image / Resize: 80%
Adjust / Sharpness / Sharpen
Edit / Copy
minimize it
back to your picture
Edit / Paste / Paste as new layer
don't move it!
Adjust / Blur / Gaussian Blur: Radius 10
Effects / Distortions Effects / Spiky Halo:
Effects / Distortions Effects /
Polar Coordinates:
Effects / Edge Effects / Enhance

04) Image / Add borders / 5 px / color: white
select the white border with your magic wand
flood fill selection with: goldbeads

05) Image / Add borders / 30 px / color: #7a3a67
select the 30 px with magic wand
Effects / Plugins / Graphics Plus / Cross
Shadow:
default settings
Deselect
06) activate your minimized tube: carnaval_papyJack.pspimage
Edit / Copy
close it again; we don't need it anymore
back to your picture
Edit / Paste / Paste as new layer
position it as shown below:

Font: ATHelinda Rook
set your FGC to: #411f37
and your BGC to: gold pattern
write your text (Vector)
Layers / Convert to Raster Layer

08) open tube: kwr_0121.pspimage
Image / Resize: 90%
Adjust / Sharpness / Sharpen
Edit / Copy
close it again; we don't need it anymore
back to your picture
Edit / Paste / Paste as new layer
position it as shown below:
open tube: deco_tut138_dianeCreations.pspimage
decorate your picture to your liking
add your watermark and name
09) Image / Add borders / 5 px / color: white
select white border with magic wand
flood fill selection with your BGC: goldbeads
