close it again; we don't need it anymore

Adjust / Hue and Saturation / Colorize:

set opacity of this layer to: 40

12) activate your text tool (T)

Font: of your choice / stroke width: 1 / vector / size: 48

FGC: dark colour

BGC: set to gradient:

write: Silence on tourne

add drop shadow of your choice

position to your liking

13) activate bottom layer

Window / Duplicate (Shift+D - twice)

minimise both copies, back to your first picture

Effects / Illumination Effects / Sunburst:

Edit / Copy Merged
close this picture; we don't need it anymore

open your Animation Shop

Edit / Paste / As new Animaiton

back to PSP

14) activate one of your minimised copies

bottom layer is activated
