Image / Resize: 85% (all layers checked)
Image / Rotate / Free Rotate:

Adjust / Hue & Saturation / Colorize:

minimise this picture for now

04) open the tube: enfants _121dc.pspimage
Window / Duplicate (Shift+D)
close the original, we don't need it anymore
back to your tube
activate top layer (invisible) layer: Raster 3
Layers / Delete

05) Image / Resize: width: 300 px (all layers checked)
Adjust / Sharpness / Sharpen
Image / Add borders / 2 px / colour: #243349
Image / Add borders / 25 px / colour: #df2121
select the 25 px border with your magic wand
