tutorial tested by:

01) File / New / 700 x 550 px / transparent

 set your FGC to: #939861 (dark colour)
and your BGC to: #deb4a6 (light colour)

flood fill your picture with this gradient:

02) open the tube: Giada_2.pspimage

Image / Resize: 85%

Edit / Copy
close the tube again; we don't need it anymore
back to your picture 

 Edit / Paste / Paste as new layer

Image / Mirror

place it as shown below:

03) open the tube: decoration.pspimage

Edit / Copy
close the tube again; we don't need it anymore
back to your picture 

 Edit / Paste / Paste as new layer

position it as shown below:

04) open the tubes: feuille1.pspimage & feuille2.pspimage & feuille3.pspimage

decorate your picture with all the leaves

05) open the tubes: fleur1.pspimage & fleur2.pspimage & fleur3.pspimage & fleur4.pspimage

decorate your picture wit all the flowers

06) put the bottom layer and the layer with the girl: invisible

activate top layer

Layers / Merge / Merge visible

Effects / Plugins / FM Tile Tools / Blend Emboss:

top layer is activated

07) open the tube: lettres_117DianeCreations.pspimage

Edit / Copy
close the tube again; we don't need it anymore
back to your picture 

 Edit / Paste / Paste as new layer

move it into the lower, left corner

Layers / Merge / Merge Visible

08) put all layers visible again

Image / Add borders / 2 px / colour: white

Image / Add borders / 25 px / colour: #959963

activate your magic wand tool and select the 25 px border with it

set your FGC to: #959963 (dark green)
and your BGC to: #d9d989 (light green)

flood fill selection with this gradient:

Deselect

09) Image / Add borders / 2 px / colour: white

Selections / Select all

Selections / Modify / Contract to: 30 px

Selections / Invert

decorate your frame with the leaves and flowers to your linking
