01) File / New / 600 x 400 px / transparent
flood fill this picture with: black

02) Layers / New Raster Layer
flood fill this layer with this pattern:
Layers / Load/Save Mask / Load Mask From
Disk:

Layers / Merge / Merge Group
Effects / Plugins / FM Tile Tools / Blend Emboss:
Layers / Merge / Merge Visible

03) activate your magic wand tool /
tolerance: 20-25
select the left rectangle with it
Layers / New Raster Layer
open the image: jardin.jpg
Edit / Copy
close it again; we don't need it anymore
back to your selection
Edit / Paste / Paste into selection
Layers / New Raster Layer
Effects / 3D Effects / Cutout:

Layers / Merge / Merge Down
Layers / New Raster Layer
Effects / 3D Effects / Cutout:
Deselect

04) Layers / Duplicate

position it as shown below:

05) activate your magic wand tool / tolerance: 20-25
select the middle rectangle

set your FGC to: #388188
flood fill with the FGC

activate your pick / deform tool

drag the middle node a little bit downward:

09) open the tube: boucle.psp
Edit / Copy
close the tube again; we don't need it anymore
back to your picture
Edit / Paste / Paste as new layer
position it as shown below:

Adjust / Sharpness / Sharpen More
Layers / Duplicate
Image / Mirror
Layers / Merge / Merge Visible
10) Layers / New Raster Layer

set the blend mode of this layer to: Luminance (Legacy)
Layers / Merge / Merge Visible

12) open the tube: cdb_femme105.psp
Edit / Copy
close the tube again; we don't need it anymore
back to your picture
Edit / Paste / Paste as new layer
move it a bit downward

13) Image / Add borders / 2 px / colour: black
Image / Add borders / 4 px / colour: #388188
select the 4 px border with your magic wand tool

Deselect
Image / Add borders / 2 px / colour: black
add your watermark and name
File / Export / JPEG Optimizer
