tutorial tested by:

01) File / New / 700 x 550 px / transparent

set your FGC to: #c4d985 (light colour)
and your BGC to: #23602a (dark colour)

flood fill with your light FGC

Effects / Plugins / I.C.NET Software / Filters Unlimited 2.0:
Paper Texture / Cotton Paper, Coarse

02) open the tube: TCH-Cascade-001.psp

Image / Resize: 125% (all layers checked)

Edit / Copy
close the tube again; we don't need it anymore
back to your picture 

 Edit / Paste / Paste as new layer

position it as shown below:

03) open the tube: cadre_tut54_DianeCreations.psp

Edit / Copy
close the tube again; we don't need it anymore
back to your picture 

 Edit / Paste / Paste as new layer

position it as shown below:

04) activate your freehand selection tool:
selection type: point to point / Feather: 15

select this area as shown below:

Edit / Cut

Deselect

Layers / Merge / Merge Visible

05) activate your freehand selection tool again:
selection type: point to point / Feather: 0

select the whole water:

06) Layers / Duplicate

once again:

Layers / Duplicate

name all your layers as shown below:

make WF 2 & 3 invisible

activate layer: WF 1

Effects / Plugins / Eye Candy 4000 / Jiggle:

keep selected

07) activate layer over it: WF 2

make it visible again

Effects / Plugins / Eye Candy 4000 / Jiggle:
hit once: Random Seed

keep selected

08) make this layer invisible

activate layer over it: WF 3

make it visible again

Effects / Plugins / Eye Candy 4000 / Jiggle:
hit once: Random Seed

Deselect

make this layer invisible again

09) activate bottom layer: WF 1

Image / Canvas Size:

activate your magic wand tool

select the transparent border 

Layers / New Raster Layer

flood fill selection with your dark BGC

Selections / Modify / Contract to: 2 px

Edit / Cut

keep selected

10) flood fill selection with this gradient:

Deselect

Layers / Arrange / Bring to top

Effects / 3D Effects / Inner Bevel:

Effects / 3D Effects / Drop Shadow:
&

11) open the tube: femmefleur_emma_260509.psp

Image / Resize: 95%

Edit / Copy
close the tube again; we don't need it anymore
back to your picture 

 Edit / Paste / Paste as new layer

position it as shown below:

Effects / 3D Effects / Drop Shadow:
shadow on new layer: checked!!!

12) activate top layer: Raster 2

Layers / Merge / Merge Down

once again:

Layers / Merge / Merge Down

13) open the tube: 102corner103.psp

Edit / Copy
close the tube again; we don't need it anymore
back to your picture 

 Edit / Paste / Paste as new layer

position it as shown below:

Layers / Duplicate

Image / Flip

Layers / Merge / Merge Down

once again:

Layers / Merge / Merge Down

add your watermark on new layer

Layers / Merge / Merge Down

the layer palette should look like this now:

14) top layer is activated

activate your freehand selection tool
selection type: point to point / Feather: 0

select the whole mouth:

Layers / Duplicate

once again:

Layers / Duplicate

make both top layers invisible

name the layers as shown below

and activate layer: F & W 1

Effects / Plugins / Alien Skin Xenofex 2 / Constellation:

keep selected

15) activate layer over it and make it visible again:

Effects / Plugins / Alien Skin Xenofex 2 / Constellation:
hit once on: Random Seed

keep selected

16) make this layer: invisible

activate top layer and make it visible again:

Effects / Plugins / Alien Skin Xenofex 2 / Constellation:
hit once on: Random Seed

Deselect

put the top layer invisible again

17) activate layer: WF 1

your layers palette should look like this now:

Edit / Copy Merged

open your Animation Shop

Edit / Paste / As new Animation

back to your PSP

18) activate layer over it

put all these layers visible and invisible:

Edit / Copy Merged

back to your Animation Shop

Edit / Paste / After Current Frame

back to your PSP

19) activate layer over it

put all these layers visible and invisible: 

Edit / Copy Merged

back to your Animation Shop

Edit / Paste / After Current Frame

20) Edit / Select all

Animation / Frame Properties: 20

Animation / Resize Animation: width: 650 px

File / Save as... / *.gif
