Ok, let's start:

01) File / New / 250 x 400 px / transparent

set your FGC to: #5b1f00 (dark colour)
and your BGC to: #e7ae50 (light colour)

flood fill your picture with this gradient:

Effects / Plugins / I.C.NET Software / Filters Unlimited 2.0:
Distortion Filters / Surface Tension: Intensity: 150

Effects / Plugins / I.C.NET Software / Filters Unlimited 2.0:
Buttons & Frames/ Gradient Frame:
select gradient: 11 / Frame size: 58 & Gradient Offset: 0

minimize this picture for now

02) File / New / 700 x 550 px / transparent

flood fill with this gradient:

03) Layers / New Raster layer

set your FGC to: Textur / bg28

flood fill this layer with the texture:

(you can not see any change)

Effects / 3D Effects / Drop Shadow:

Adjust / Sharpness / Sharpen more!!!

Layers / Merge / Merge Visible

04) activate your minimized frame picture

Edit / Copy

minimize it again; back to your picture

Edit / Paste / Paste as new layer

05) open the tube: Anastacia026^KDO.psp

Image / Resize: 65%

Adjust / Sharpness / Sharpen

Edit / Copy
close it again; we don't need it anymore
back to your picture  

Edit / Paste / Paste as new layer

position it as shown below:

Effects / 3D Effects / Drop Shadow:
-5 / 5!!!

Layers / Merge / Merge Down

06) activate your minimized frame picture again

Edit / Copy
close it now; we don't need it anymore

Deselect

17) Image / Add borders / 2 px / colour: #4c5c7a

(I used this colour: #ffdf12)

Image / Resize: width: 600 px (all layers checked)

Adjust / Sharpness / Sharpen

add your watermark and name

File / Export / JPEG Optimizer
