02) Layers / New Raster Layer

flood fill the layer with this gradient :

Adjust / Blur / Gaussian Blur: Radius 10

Paper Textures / Fibrous Paper Fine: 128/128

03) open the tube: PAY-S2007-23.psp

Edit / Copy
close the tube again; we don't need it anymore
back to your picture

 Edit / Paste / Paste as new layer

don't move it anymore

Layers / Merge / Merge Down

04) open the file: 187_mask.jpg

minimize it; back to your picture

Layers / New Mask Layer / From Image:
