flood fill your picture with the gradient

03) Adjust / Blur / Gaussian Blur: Radius 25

04) Effects / Plugins / Sapphire Filters 03 / Sapphire Plugin_0238:

05) open the tube: KaraT4882.psp

Edit / Copy
close the tube again; we don't need it anymore
back to your picture

Edit / Paste / Paste as new layer

06) change the blend mode of this layer to: Luminance (Legacy)

and the opacity to: 72

place it as shown below:
