05) Adjust / Add/Remove Noise / Add Noise:

Adjust / Sharpness / Sharpen

06) Selections / Select all

Selections / Modify / Contract to: 30

Layers / New Raster Layer

07) flood fill the selection with: black

Selections / Modify / Contract to: 2

Edit / Cut

keep selected

08) Layers / New Raster Layer

flood fill with: gradient

Adjust / Blur / Gaussian Blur: 30
