01) File / New / 700 x 600 px / transparent

set your FGC to: #4e1307 (dark colour)
and your BGC to: #995423 (light colour)

flood fill it with your dark FGC

02) open tube: 1131-luzcristina.pspimage

Edit / Copy
close tube again; we don't need it anymore
back to your picture

Edit / Paste / Paste as new layer

Effects / Plugins / FM Tile Tools / Blend Emboss:
default settings

Layers / Merge / Merge Visible

03) Layers / New Raster Layer

Selections / Select all

open tube: calguismontageafriq_[1].pspimage

Edit / Copy
close tube again; we don't need it anymore

Deselect

set opacity of this layer to: 90
