tutorial tested by:

01) File / New / 700 x 500 px / transparent

set your FGC to: #cd822f (light colour)
and your BGC to: #5e3b1b (dark colour)

flood fill with your light FGC

02) Layers / New Raster Layer

flood fill with your dark BGC

open the tube: sjf~Cracked1.pspimage

minimize it
back to your picture

Layers / New Mask Layer / From Image:

Layers / Merge / Merge Group

close the minimized mask file; we don't need it anymore
back to your picture

Effects / Edge Effects / Enhance

Effects / Plugins / FM Tile Tools / Blend Emboss:

Layers / Merge / Merge Visible

03) Layers / New Raster Layer

Selections / Select all

open the tube: 231-luzcristina.pspimage

Edit / Copy
close the tube again; we don't need it anymore
back to your picture

Edit / Paste / Paste into selection

Deselect

position it as shown below:

move it upwards in the middle
